We buy plastic waste and we sell recycled granules. Seven polymer streams are registered for processing at our Meerut plant, under a dry, no-wash line with 48,000 TPA of registered capacity.
Sell plastic scrap to us
We buy PET, LDPE, HDPE, HM, PP, PS and MLP scrap — both post-consumer and post-industrial.
We deal with scrap aggregators and with industrial units clearing production waste.

Buy recycled granules
We supply recycled plastic granules to manufacturers and processors who want recycled content in their input stream.
Granules are supplied by polymer type, produced under our UPPCB recycler registration and recycled to IS 14534:1998.

Seven polymer streams
These are the plastic waste streams the plant is licensed to buy and process. We take both post-consumer and post-industrial waste, and material is handled under a dry, no-wash process throughout.

Our capacity is registered by category under the Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016. These are the figures on the certificate — nothing rounded up.

Registered under the Plastic Waste Recycler Registration issued by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, PR-23-UTT-05-IEZPS4514E-25 — Rule 13(3), Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016.
The plant’s consented throughput is 4,000 MT per month, per the Consolidated Consent to Operate issued by the Board for the Meerut site.

How material moves through the plant
A dry mechanical recycling line. Six steps from intake to dispatch.
Sourcing & inbound material
Loads arrive from scrap aggregators and industrial units. Each consignment is recorded against its supplier before it enters the yard.
Sorting & segregation by polymer
Material is sorted by polymer and separated from non-plastic fractions, so each stream matches the processing code it is registered under.
Size reduction
Sorted plastic is shredded and ground down, ready for feeding into the extrusion line.
Extrusion & granulation
The prepared feed is extruded and cut into recycled plastic granules, batched by polymer type.
Conformance to IS 14534:1998
Recycling is carried out to the Indian Standard Guidelines for Recycling of Plastics, with quarterly compliance reporting to the Board.
Packing & dispatch
Granules are packed and dispatched to manufacturers and processors, with the movement recorded against our recycler registration.
What we produce
Recycled plastic granules
Our UPPCB licence lists the product as plastic granules and allied recycled plastic products. Granules are supplied by polymer type, drawn from the streams we are registered to process.

Volume available against any one polymer follows our registered capacity: 18,000 TPA PET under R1, 24,000 TPA LDPE under R2 and 6,000 TPA MLP under R3.

We do not publish grades, melt-flow figures or colour claims we cannot stand behind. Send us the polymer, the volume and the specification you need to hit, and we will confirm in writing what we can supply against it.
